The Freestyle Fighting Academy instructors are not only accomplished fighters and masters of self-defense - but they are also extremely well trained educators. Our instructors are excellent at passing along information to students of all experience levels, body types, and ages. They have done over 30 seminars since 2001, teaching seminars at schools across the world, such as in Peru, Thailand, Canada, Costa Rica, Spain, and throughout the United States. FFA has also done multiple seminars for the Miami-Dade Police Department and for the United States Military.

The techniques covered in seminars depend on the hosting school, but the instructors normally teach either a 3 to 4 hour one day seminar or a two day seminar, covering techniques from kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, self-defense, and mixed martial arts (MMA). You will be learning cutting edge techniques - and along with the actual techniques, you will also get some mental coaching that will help you get the right mindset to be able to pull off these techniques in a real scenario.

Along with a great seminar, you will be getting a beautiful diploma recognizing your completion of the seminar, signed by the instructors. You can also take a photo with the instructors. Usually, the instructors will be available for private lessons and will also have shirts, DVDs, books, and other materials for sale that you can purchase if you choose to.
